Conditions for Returns

• Items can only be returned after they have been delivered to you.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping fees.

• Products must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached.

• Trying on items is allowed, but they must not be worn.

• Orders placed with the intention of returning multiple items (e.g. different sizes) are not permitted.

Return Process

2. We will provide you with the appropriate return address.

3. Return the item at your own expense, including any applicable shipping costs or customs duties.

4. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected the returned item, and it meets our return conditions, your refund will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method.

Liability

• We are not responsible for lost return shipments if no tracking information is provided.

• Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

• Any address errors must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
